Janette Hall Scholarship

The Janette Hall Professional Training and Development Scholarship Program (Scholarship Program) provides health professionals with the opportunity to attend best-practice training in Australia and internationally to enhance their knowledge and skills in organ and tissue donation.

The Scholarship Program is a national initiative overseen by the Organ and Tissue Authority and administered by each DonateLife Agency. It was established in 2011 in memory of Janette Hall, a DonateLife donation specialist nurse who became an organ and tissue donor after she died in December 2010.

From 1 July 2018, the advertisement and application period for the Scholarship Program will differ between DonateLife Agencies. This page will be updated with the dates scholarship applications are open for each jurisdiction as they become available.
